Return, Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order details and supporting photos/videos of the damaged or defective product.
• Once the return request is reviewed and approved, the product may be collected or returned as instructed by our support team.
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval of the return request. Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing timelines.
• For approved replacement or exchange requests, the replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
• Qawee reserves the right to reject return, refund, replacement, or exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
